  2. Eligibility for Transform 2013 Edition • All Managers (AM & Above) who have joined RPG before 31st Dec 2012 are eligible for Transform 2013 • Respondents can be managers, associates, retainers & employees from RPG group companies

  3. Rules for Transform 2013 Edition • Selection of 5 Peers are mandatory to submit respondent details • Minimum 6 respondents are required, either from KEC (Top Section) or a combination of 5 (KEC) and 1 (Bottom Section) other than KEC (within RPG Group Companies). • There is no upper limit for choosing number of respondents • After submission user can not do any change in data

  4. Highlights of Transform 2013 Edition • Transform-2013 Respondent Data Collation Process is online • Transform tab is created on PRIDE home page. Users can login using their PRIDE credentials. • Primary Manager Details are auto-filled for the employee, as the 1stRespondent. • Secondary Manager (If available in PRIDE system) details are auto-filled for the employee, as the 2ndRespondent. • All SBU-HR have admin rights for their respective SBUs • SBU-HR can generate report & can edit details from their PRIDE login access

  5. Online Respondent Data collation Process Step 1 Use your PRIDE username & password to login into the system. Forgot password option can be used incase user does not remember password

  7. Online Respondent Data collation Process Primary Managers Details are auto filled Step 3 Step 4 To select respondents, click on dropdown under respondents Name. After selecting respondent, select reporting type (Reportee/Peer)

  8. Online Respondent Data collation Process Step 6 For selecting respondents other than KEC(within RPG group companies) , use this section. All fields are mandatory Step 5 To add more respondents, click on add new row & fill their details using dropdown menu

Online Respondent Data collation Process Step 7 After filling all the mandatory details, User has to save the details & then click on Submit Step 8 Only fulfilling below mentioned mandatory conditions user can submit the details • Minimum 6 respondents are required, either from KEC (Top Section) or a combination of 5 (KEC) and 1 (Bottom Section) other than KEC (within RPG Group Companies). • Minimum 5 Peers are mandatory to submit respondent details
