    • Only Moulton/Santa Maria Have Potential – Minimal

    • Traffic, Water, And Other Major Infrastructure Issues

    • Development Of New Housing Should Be Limited To Only Replacement Of Existing Housing Units

    • Housing Element Should Reflect This Condition And Plan

  • Our City Housing Is Designed For Seniors

    • Fixed Low Incomes

    • Many Amenities Are In >30% Housing Cost

    • Current Housing Stock Supplies A Critical Need

    • Forefathers Were Solving These Housing Needs Long Ago

    • Low Vacancy Rates Demonstrate Affordability
