Bukan jurnal Jurusan, Fakultas, Universitas atau Lembaga yang mencerminkan derajat kelokalan. Seyogyanya diterbitkan oleh himpunan profesi. 14. Memberikesempatanpenulisartikelmembacacontohcetak 15.
