North Carolina Sponsor Numbers • 600+ members including 35 sponsor members • 2012 sponsorships: $82,000 ($67,000 paid plus $15,000 “in-kind”) • 2013 sponsorships: $72,000 ($61,000 paid plus $11,000 “in-kind”) • Platinum: 1 Tri-City • Education: 1 • Gold: 1 Tri-City • Silver: 2 Single City • Bronze: 14 Tri-City and 17 Single City

Sponsorship Planning • Begin process for annual sponsors at September BOD meeting and assigning each BOD member to contact at least 3 sponsors • Power Partners Program Flyer detailing benefits—Emphasis on “Partner” • Ideas for types and names of sponsors—our historic sponsors—we keep a spreadsheet of all sponsors with Chapter member contacts; ideas for new sponsors from other CRE membership event sponsors • Emphasis on value proposition for sponsors both paid and “in-kind”—networking including sponsor recognition events and holiday parties/State Conference/Chapter Memberships/NC-CCIM website links/Business Journal ads

  4. Sponsorship Levels • Tri-City/Single City Levels (includes “in-kind”): • Platinum $12,500/$5,000 • Gold $6,000/$3,000 • Silver $4,000/$2,000 • Bronze $2,000/$1,000 • Education $7,500 • Events $250-500

Power Partners Benefits • Sponsorship recognition at North Carolina CCIM programs including • 3 Market Forecasts • Tri-City monthly networking events • NC-CCIM Continuing Education programs • Monthly virtual deal making events • Annual NC-CCIM State Conference • Board of Directors Meetings • Listing in NC-CCIM Newsletter • At least 2 complementary registrations to Market Forecasts • Company name and link on NC-CCIM website • 1 complimentary NC-CCIM Chapter Membership • 1 State Conference Admission
