  9. Lodging arrangements? Ladies • Sleep Inn ~ Memphis • 4 students/room

  10. Dining Thursday • Lunch - lunch on the road • Dinner (by team) Friday • Breakfast at hotel (meal included in your payment) • Lunch (by team) • Dinner on the way home

  12. Travel by team • Each student will be assigned with a group of 10 • One teacher chaperone per group • Each team will travel together to all sites, meals

Final Details & Information ~ • Information will be coming BY TEAM. • Please encourage your traveler to wear walking shoes. • A sack lunch may be needed. • Pack lightly - consult the packing list. • We are so excited! If you still need to sign the permission slip or pay the cost of the trip ~ we’re ready to accept.
