  5. Structure • One (or more) designated Sun Devil Spirit Captains for each Unit • Additional representatives recruited as needed by the Captain • The more the better!

  6. Job Responsibilities • Serve as the “point person” for all ASU spirit events for your Unit • Show your Sun Devil spirit by….

  7. Sun Devil Pride… • Wearing Gold each Friday • Check out the Bookstore!

  8. Sun Devil Pride… • Proudly displaying a Sparky license plate

  9. Sun Devil Pride… • Downloading a desktop wallpaper alumni.asu.edu/gallery/wallpaper

  10. Sun Devil Pride… • Attend athletics events and cheer loudly

  11. Sun Devil Pride • Be involved with the ASU Alumni Association and its U-Devils program

  12. Job Responsibilities • Host one “spirit” event each semester

  14. Job Responsibilities… • Encourage active participation with ASU (in Gammage events, athletic events, attending lunch at the U-Club and more!)

Measures of Success • Host or participate in one spirit event each fall and spring to promote University pride • Coordinate unit attendance at the Homecoming Block Party • Double Faculty and Staff attendance by Unit members at athletic events • Communicate on a weekly basis about University “spirit” related events
