Achievements / Highlights for the week • Signed off KPI document. • Motivation to extend Sharend’s contract was signed off. • Projects: • Freightware Project: Steercom was held successfully with all parties engaging. Workshops to complete the base file were also held and the project has gained momentum. • SAP R2: A meeting with change management and training team was held successfully. Next meeting is to engage with the selected business champions. Blue print activities have been halted due to budget issues and SAP is currently handing over to Eskom. • Khoro/SharePoint: Mock-up Page frame work sent to Rene as she requested – this is the second template sent. Confirmation that Ben will join/ work with Khoro team when he is needed for the Change Management product (Main Intranet Page).. • Hyperwave: Held a meeting with support team from Eskom. Logged a call R14431148 to initiate the project. Sharend will engage with support to start investigations on the migration plan.

  3. Pressing Issues / Challenges for the week • SAP R2 modules not catering for RR business urgent modules i.e. Production Plan module. A discuss needs to be had with the B2B project sponsor and understand how RR will be catered for. • SAP R2 Blue print activities have been halted due to budget issues and SAP is currently handing over to Eskom. • IM Audit valuation didn’t go well. The RFQ didn’t have enough information less alone the evaluation criteria with weights.

  4. Plans for the week ahead • Complete the IM Audit evaluation criteria • Attend SAP R2 on-boarding workshop on Monday 2nd Sept. • Attend unified comms meeting at MWP
