  1. New Website login information is simply your first and last name separated by a space. For example, Jeff Shreve is: Jeff Shreve (*note: Capitalization does not matter, the name can be capitalized or not; whatever you'd like. ) E-mail addresses are just as simple, but rather than a space, a period goes between your first and last name. For example, Jeff Shreve is: jeff.shreve@ptwnetwork.org (*note: For e-mail address lower case capitalization only)

  2. Step 1: go to http://mail.ptwnetwork.org *Note: there is no “www.” before the address

  3. Step 2: A pop-up “Authentication Required” box should appear on your screen *Note: if an“Authentication Required” box does not appear, turn off any pop-up blocker in your browser

  4. Step 3: type your e-mail address into the “User Name” field (including @ptwnetwork.org)

  5. Step 4: Type your password into the “Password” field and press “OK”

  6. Step 5: Choose one of these three web portals to use for checking your e-mail, and click “Read mail using…” *Note that Horde is the standard which TC Tech will use and demonstrate with Other options are available at this screen

  7. Step 6: Click “Log In” to login using the default language, English or use the drop down box to pick another language

  8. Step 7: After logged in, click “Mail” on the left of the screen to view mail

  9. Step 8: Mail will be displayed, click on desired message
