  3. 1. A church that preaches the gospel to all peoples 一个把福音传给万民的教会 使徒行傳 11:19-21 那些因司提反的事遭患难四散的门徒直走到腓尼基和居比路，并安提阿；他们不向别人讲道，只向犹太人讲。但内中有居比路和古利奈人，他们到了安提阿也向希利尼人传讲主耶稣。主与他们同在，信而归主的人就很多了。

A church that preaches the gospel to all peoples 一个把福音传给万民的教会 Acts 11:19-21 Now those who were scattered because of the persecution that arose over Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia and Cyprus and Antioch, speaking the word to no one except Jews. But there were some of them, men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who on coming to Antioch spoke to the Hellenists also, preaching the Lord Jesus. And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number who believed turned to the Lord.

  6. 2. A church that emphasizes discipleship 一个注重门徒训练的教会 Acts 11:22-26 The report of this came to the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas to Antioch. When he came and saw the grace of God, he was glad, and he exhorted them all to remain faithful to the Lord with steadfast purpose, for he was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great many people were added to the Lord. So Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met

  7. 2. A church that emphasizes discipleship 一个注重门徒训练的教会 Acts 11:22-26 with the church and taught a great many people. And in Antioch the disciples were first called Christians.

  8. 3. A church that gives to God’s kingdom needs 一个为神国的需要有所奉献的教会 使徒行傳 11:27-30 当那些日子，有几位先知从耶路撒冷下到安提阿。内中有一位，名叫亚迦布，站起来，藉着圣灵指明天下将有大饥荒。这事到革老丢年间果然有了。於是门徒定意照各人的力量捐钱，送去供给住在犹太的弟兄。他们就这样行，把捐项托巴拿巴和扫罗送到众长老那里。

  9. 3. A church that gives to God’s kingdom needs 一个为神国的需要有所奉献的教会 Acts 11:27-30 Now in these days prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch. And one of them named Agabus stood up and foretold by the Spirit that there would be a great famine over all the world (this took place in the days of Claudius). So the disciples determined, every one according to his ability, to send relief to the brothers[a] living in Judea. And they did so, sending it to the elders by the hand of Barnabas and Saul.

Acts 13:2 While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” Then after fasting and praying they laid their hands on them and sent them off.
