  2. CCIR Requirement • Wing CC’s will: • Forward a report to MAJCOM/CC within 90 days of assuming command and annually thereafter. As a minimum, the report will include the Wing CC’s assessment of the 4 Major Graded Areas (MGAs) and sub-MGAs over the reporting period.

  3. How do we build a CCIR? • Wg/IG or CCIP Director prepares the report • Follow format in the approved template • No specific requirement for length • longer report is not always better • as a minimum, cover MGAs & sub-MGAs • remainder IAW Wg/CC & NAF guidance • Consider using pre-existing data/trends from: • CC’s Inspection Management Board (CIMB) • CCIP dashboard • Wing Inspection Team (WIT) results/reports • MICT results/trends

CCIR Process CC to CC accountability, then IG & functional awareness afterwards Drafted by Wg/IG or CC’s Inspection Program (CCIP) Director Reviewed/approved by Wg/CC Wg/CC submits to NAF for review/approval After NAF approval, Wg/CC submits final version to MAJCOM Use SIPRnet to transmit CCIR to protect potential vulnerabilities

  5. What will MAJCOM IG & Functionals do with CCIR? • MAJCOM IG • Use the CCIR as another input into the overall UEI continuous evaluation • Compare the results from UEI Capstone with the CCIR to determine CCIP effectiveness • MAJCOM Functionals • Use the CCIR to determine what help the Wg/CC needs to solve problems • Pursue any problem areas in functional role • Determine if any MAJCOM problems exist & way ahead
