  4. Electrocardiograph Software A record or display of a person's heartbeat produced by electrocardiography. Used by doctors High tech Expensive ,but lasts over the years Different Very accurate Buy: Sold at any cardiology shop Price: Starts at 1,500

  5. Pedometers Portable device Measures footsteps taken Uses motion Gives only positive feedback Promotes healthy lifestyle Buy: Wal-Mart, Target and Amazon are a few places of many that sell pedometers. Price: $5-$100

  6. What students learn… Become aware Motivated to run or walk They get instant feedback Use rate monitor and pedometer at same time
