  1. This UT will be conducted using UT Client. • It is your responsibility to ensure that your notebook computer is in good functioning order, and that you have the latest version of the UT Client (version 4.6.0, Build Number 20090717) installed. • You are required to ensure that the computer in possession has uninterrupted power supply throughout the UT. • You may begin the UT only when given the UT Key by the invigilator. You are not allowed to pass on or receive the UT Key without authorisation.

  2. For this UT, you may refer to any notes or other resources stored in your notebook and may use electronic calculator and electronic dictionary during the UT. You will also be allowed to refer to notes on paper, but they must be in bound form, and not loose sheets of paper. However, you will not be allowed to refer to textbooks during the UT. • For this UT, you are provided with a paper reference entitled “Health Sciences Authority Guideline for Clinical Trial Advertisement/Recruitment Programme in Singapore” which you may refer to during the UT. • If you are unable to take the UT using UT Client, you will not be allowed to access your notebook while taking the UT on paper. You can still refer to your bound notes on paper.
