  1. Health at computer You probably spend time sitting at the computer. Sitting for a long time in positions that aren't natural for your body can strain your hands, wrists, back, and eyes. Over time, this can result in pain and a kind of injury called a repetitive stress injury.

  2. Is it your posture OK? The monitor must be in an apropiate position You need a comfortable desk A fully adjustable chair should avoid poor posture It is better if you have foot rest

  3. And your hands ? Your hands can be afected too. To prevent the RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury ) you must have a 5 minutes rest per hour.

  4. Are your eyes protected ? If you spend many time at the computer your eyes can get hurt. Try to use the computer with a light on and take some breaks. You can use a screen saber too.
