Todos los vehículos deberán descontaminarse al final de su vida útil, antes de ser sometidos a cualquier otro tratamiento. A tal efecto, el titular de un vehículo que vaya a desprenderse del mismo queda obligado a entregarlo a un centro autorizado de tratamiento. • THE OWNER MUST GIVE THE ELV TO AN ATF
