  3. Successes • Vivian earns heaps of medals, awards and trophies for a lot of things he did. • Sir Vivian’s life as a explorer began in the tropical East African Rift Valley • In 1958 Fuchs made history when he successfully completed the first crossing of the Antarctic via the South Pole.

  4. Failures • He didn’t have any really big failures but he did go through some problems.

  5. Legacies • His legacies were The Trans-AntarcticAssociation and The Fuchs Foundation.
