Outcomes and impacts. • King’s Cross Construction Skills Centre • 102 new starts in 2011/12 so far against a target of 110 for the year. • Camden Apprenticeships • 65 new starts in 2011/12 – reached target. Anticipate 70 starts by the end of the financial year. • Retention: 77% • 30% of our candidates are from vulnerable backgrounds
