    2. Acciones realizadas en materia de Reducción de Cargas Administrativas

    10. ASPECTOS BÁSICOS DE LA PROPUESTA MODIFICAR EL NOMENCLATOR VIGENTE referido a las Actividades Calificadas y Anexo a la Ley de Espectáculos, a fin de atribuir un procedimiento de comunicación previa a aquellas actividades pertenecientes al sector servicios o terciario. RECONDUCIR A COMUNICACIÓN PREVIA las actividades del sector terciario o de servicios, de modo que el interesado pueda abrir el establecimiento de inmediato. EXIGIR TODAS LAS CAUTELAS DE CARÁCTER TÉCNICO (proyectos, certificados, inspecciones, controles periódicos, etc.) que sean necesarias para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la actividad.
