Envolvimento não-metastático em pacientes com neoplasias malignas Decorrente de modificações sistêmicas induzidas pela neoplasia ou seu tratamento (quadro geral, coagulopatia, inf oportunistas, tto quimio ou radioterápico) Caráter imunológico, independente do estágio da neoplasia e geralmente desacompanhado de manifestações sistêmicas = S N PARANEOPLÁSICAS
