You will understand what types of data need to be encrypted and where to find it within the Banner system. You will understand the basic encryption methods supplied by Oracle, add-ons supplied by Oracle, and third party vendor software for encryption. There should be time at the end of the presentation for questions/answers or other institutions experiences with encrypting Banner data.
