Rainer Hebert (PI), Bryan Huey, Jeong-Ho Kim, and George Rossetti. $800K • GAANN: Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need: Cloud Computing. (Department of Education) Sanguthevar Rajasekaran (PI), Reda Ammar, Jun-Hong Cui, Ian Greenshields. $390K • NSF: “First in Family” Energy Scholarships for Tech School Graduates S-STEM - Doug Cooper (PI) , Mun Choi, marty Wood Kazem Kazerounian . $600K • (Recommended for Funding)

  3. New StaffAmy B. Smith • Amy joined the deanery in March and will serve as Administrative Services Specialist for grant development. She will provide administrative support for the Department of Homeland Security Transportation Center of Excellence as well as assist faculty with grant preparation and submission.

  4. Facilities and Building Monitoring • George Assard has formed a committee of Building Coordinators.
