  3. Enter Store #, User ID, and Password

  4. Click on Search Orders

  5. Search by Date Range orDealer PO #

  6. **Click on PO Number **PO Number will serve as a link to the order’s web page

  7. Type in a comment in the Commentsfield • SelectSubmit Comments

  8.   9. Go to Dealer Sign in for an Order Received Status Report

  10. Hover over Manufacturers menu option • Select the Order Received Status Report

  11. Select the “Search By” drop down menu • (Allows the ability to search in a number of different ways)

  12. Request to Cancel can also be done from the webpage • You can request to cancel the entire PO or a partial portion of the order • You cannot add to an order using this link

  13. All comments & Status Changes are dated and time stamped • They are archived below the comments field within the order

  14. Benefits • Saves Time (can be used for cancellations & credit hold announcements) • OFUSA CSRs will mediate a response after 24 hours • The order placer is notified directly • Order status can be changed • All comments are archived • Advanced Search function • Should be used for orders that are pending • Used as a form of acknowledging if you do not currently acknowledge orders
