  1. How Do You Price Your Projects?

It’s easy, just request an free, no obligation estimate!  We price our installations based on the linear feet of Christmas lights your project requires.  We provide a quote where you can see the installation, removal, and storage cost as well as the material cost so you will know what you’ll pay to have them reinstalled every year after you have purchased the lights.

  3. Most installations take a few hours. You can pay us when the job is done and you are satisfied. An important fact to remember is that we’ll work within any budget, as our success is based partially on our service-oriented flexibility. If the estimate is accepted, we’ll schedule a time with you to get the installation completed.

  4. Don’t forget that with your Christmas decorations, we’re not just limited to lights!  We have years of experience wrapping trees, installing garland, and hanging wreaths to really show your Christmas spirit! Do you take the lights down at the end of the season? Yes. Taking down the displays is part of our service, and it’s included in the quote we provide for you before we start work. We begin taking lights down on January 2nd and continue to do so through the third week of January. 

  5. After your lights have been removed, we organize and store all of your lights and decorations in bins in our warehouse for safe keeping until they’re ready to be installed next year.  If you’d like us to leave the bins at your property for self storage, please let us know in advance so we can leave the lights and decorations at your property.

  6. Is Your Work Guaranteed? 100%. Our success depends on your satisfaction, and we’ll make changes if you desire them. We are interested in building long-lasting customer relationships, and will gladly provide references per your request.

  7. What If My Lights Fall Down? Even though our experienced staff will make sure that everything is secure as best as possible the first time, there are things that can happen to lights for a variety of reasons, including wind, rain and other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, our professional staff will return to re-hang and/or secure the lights quickly and efficiently for Free.

  8. What If My Lights Stop Working? If we provided the lights, we will service them 100% no matter what the issue might be. If you purchased your own lights, there will be a fee of $75 per hr with a minimum of 1 hour for bulb, fuse replacement and/or trouble shooting.

  9. Do You Provide Lights And Supplies, Or Will You Hang And Use Mine? If we have previously installed lights on your home we will reuse the lights from the previous installation.  Unfortunately, due to the fact that other service providers and big box stores sell and store lights to varying degrees, we are unable to use lights that were not previously installed by TurfWorks.  If you believe you have a situation that warrants a variance to this policy, please call our office to discuss
