  4. Where did we look? • Facilities – Louisville Forge & UGN • UGN – Sound absorbers for Camry, Solara and Corolla • Louisville Forge – Crank shafts for Camry, Tundra and Corolla

  5. What did we find? Top 3 • Re-implement auto control for LF Cooling Tower Fans during weekends • Turn off LF cooling water pumps during weekends. • Re-implement auto controls for UGN Compressed Air Systems • Energy Savings ~ 1,100,000 KWh/yr • Cost Savings ~ $60,000/Yr
