Performance Measures and accomplishments Ambitious baselines were established for the FY14 performance year and as indicated in the table below, with the exception on one, all were met or exceeded.  While slightly fewer than baseline hours were spent on consultations, a generous number of hours were dedicated to completing consultations that can be characterized as productive and beneficial.

  7. What Requires an AAR? • $25,000 and up! • Hardware Equipment - Supercomputers, mainframes, minicomputers, microcomputers, disk drives, tape drives, printers, telecommunications, voice and data networks, terminals, modems, data encryption devices, and facsimile equipment. • Software - Operating systems, utility programs, diagnostic programs, application programs, and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software. • Services - Teleprocessing, local batch processing, on-line processing, Internet access, electronic mail, voice mail, cellular telephone, facsimile, and packet switching. Commercially-provided services to support equipment, software, or services, such as maintenance, source data entry, training, planning, studies, facilities management, software development, system analysis and design, computer performance evaluation, and capacity management.

Requirements of an AAR • Naming convention of TA request: AAR_DepArea_Investmentacronym_Title • Clear description of what is being requested • Completed AAR Checklist for RIM-AD-IMD 20140916 • Completed VPAT from Vendor • Completed GPAT/Buy Accessible Wizard results to show that 508 requirements are being met. You can generate a GPAT after completing the BAW Session from the link below or using the template. https://app.buyaccessible.gov/baw/Main.jsp • SOW or PWS that includes POP • Documentation such as vendor quote, IGCE, etc., to justify cost of the AAR. Cost needs to be for one year. ********Once submitted, the RIM/AD/IMD associated with the request will be required to approve the request within the Technical Approval Database, as well as concurring on the required cover letter within the Correspondence Database.
