  1. Fun Dynamic Games Quick set up individual games. • Calf tag • Triple link • GaGa • - Noodle tag • - Noodle entrapment Dynamic fun team games. Scoop Ball Incorporates: Football, Basketball and Rugby skills. Players from both teams can kick, throw or run with the ball. When holding the ball in the hands the opposition can tag their back which must result in an immediate pass or turn over ball. The tagged player then concedes possession and the team with the ball restarts the game from the floor with a “scoop” ball. Players must be 2 meters away from the scooping player. When the ball is on the floor the game stays as football (soccer) and can be scooped up at any point to be run with. To score, players can kick/throw (a striking circle can be added) into the goal or touch the ball down over the line for a try. Danish Death Ball Incorporates: Baseball/softball and Football skills. A fun evasive team game. Bowler bowls an underarm ball, so ball stays lower than the knees. Batter kicks/slaps the ball and must run to one of the mats at the end of the gym to be safe. Double points for an immediate turn around and return back behind the batting matt. The batter can remain on the matt for as long as they want. Batter is out if court or ball touches shoulders and below. Fielders cannot run with the ball. Bowler bowls when ready (continuous). Add second ball to speed the game up. Turf War Incorporates: Throwing, running and evasive skills. Each of the 4 teams will defend a quadrant of the Gym floor. Each team has a designated color ( Flag) in which they hang (in their corner) to show ownership of an area. That flag will be replaced as a new team overpowers that area. If a person gets hit (other than the head or face) they now belong to the team that hit them and must play for that team. If a person throws a ball and it is caught the person who threw the ball is now a member of the team who caught the ball. To take over an area you must eliminate all the original team's players. (example in the blue corner if there are 20 players playing for blue but only ONE blue player left in that area, when that blue player is hit the team which hit that blue player now owns that turf and all its 20 players.) Once you own their turf hang your teams flag up to show ownership.

  2. Fun Dynamic Games Rebound score Incorporates: Basketball skills. Just a few changes to a normal game of basketball. If the ball is thrown against the back board and caught by a new player from the same team = 4pts. Ball is then given to the opposition to start from the baseline (endline). Any shot scored through the ring = 1pt. No bouncing is an option and will encourage far more movement. Football (Soccer) Fitness Fun-attic Incorporates: Football skills and fitness instruction. A game of football (Soccer) with the tags or bibs hanging from the hips. When in possession of the ball the opposition can go for the ball and continue playing or take your tag and make you go to the fun zone to do fitness activities. The number of reps is chosen by the referee as the player is on the way to the zone. Once the reps are completed then the player can return to the field. Bean bag assault Incorporates: Evasion skills. Playing area is divided into half, players are safe when they are in their own half. Players may only throw bags in an underhand motion from any spot within the playing area. Each player may have only one bag at a time in their possession and may not pick up a bag in the opponents half. Once a bean bag is in a hoop it cannot be moved. A player crossing the half can been tagged and must sit down immediately until tagged by a player from his own team. Both must then return to their own half before they attack again. Guarding a hoop is allowed but the defender cannot straddle or be inside the hoop. Hoops nearest the court divider score less. Diamond cricket Incorporates: Cricket. Baseball skills and good communication skills amongst fielders. The batter hits the ball and can run around any of the four bases. On returning back to the middle(= 1 run) he/she must be ready to bat again as the fielders can bowl, under arm, from any of the four bases. The batter is out by being caught, bowled or run out. Apply boundaries dependant on the area you have. Mark Newman March 2011
