  8. FIXED OR GROWTH MINDSET Activity Working in groups look at the statements on the sheet and highlight: • The Growth Mindset ones in green • The Fixed Mindset ones in red As an extra challenge can you identify which trait they relate to?

FIXED OR GROWTH MINDSET Activity Working in groups Using the A3 colour coded sheets outline the differences between Growth Mindsetactions and Fixed Mindsetactions • Add things you would do or say associated with each Mindset • Add some of your effort based success stories • Describe or outline the language used in each mindset Use the three traits and the information from the previous activity to help with this task.

  10. Competition Can you design a logo that represents the Growth Minset. We’re looking for designs for the front cover of next years planner and to use for all our branding and marketing of the Growth Mindset. Look at the great example Mr Burnagecame up with, can you do better? More information to follow in communication trays. House points and prizes will be available for the top three designs judged by Mr Tomsett.
