Retail Expectation • Customer is KING – understand customer needs • Time is MONEY – do not waste!!! • Vital contribution as a technologist • Food safety • Shelf life = sales growth • Enhance quality standards • Strategic input to business strategy • Assist with product development • Courage to “STOP” lines where required
