  2. Latest Work • Field Map - working • Geometry Checker - Myself and Michael • Tracker Reference Plane for KEK • TOF Reconstruction updated - Myself and Yordan • No CKOV reconstruction at present • Track Fit complete, just minor tweaking still ongoing • Global data reader - Thanks to Michael

Latest Work • In process of generating MC for KEK configurations. • 1st look at data shows some issues remain with track fit • Waiting for fix to MCS noiser in RecPack from Anselmo (everything else appears to work fine) • Extrapolation from tracker to TOF is working now and also a 1st step towards global PID • TOF reconstruction sufficient for KEK analysis, however due to specific setup at KEK (2 TDCs that were not directly synchronised), analysis code needs to be modifed to read out only that part of the TOF whose TDC values can be directly compared with T1 to provide a valid time of flight measurement.

  4. Analysis Application • KekOct2005. • Reconstructs SciFi and TOF and generates a PAW Ntuple with fitted track results, PE from clusters in the track, TOF measurements, etc. • Only difference between running on MC and on real data is one line in the datacards, so doesn’t need re-compiling: • DataType KekOctober2005

  5. Next Steps • Complete analysis of existing runs (real data and MC, field map and no field map) once they finish. • Correct code to use the TOF information for the specific arrangement at KEK. • Re process track fits once new MCS matrix is available (including full checks in the MICE tests). • Work on implementing a first version of the SciFiKalTrack visualisation to aid in checking track fit and extrapolation results.
