  2. Profile Director Dr Prakash Shendge MS, DNB, FCPS, AFIH General & Laparoscopic surgeon, Industrial Health physician, Certifying surgeon, DG Shipping approved medical examiner. Dr. Prakash Shendge completed his M.S. (General Surgery) from L.T.M.C. Sion, Mumbai University with specialized training in trauma & laparoscopy and later studied DNB and FCPS in Surgery. He was a great help to victims of bomb blasts in June 2003 in Mulund, Mumbai. Then Chief Minister of Maharashtra Mr. SushilkumarShinde appreciated Dr. Prakash Shendge’s hard work & skill in surgery. Dr. Shendge passed A.F.I.H. from LokamanyaInstitute approved by Central Labor Institute (C.L.I.), Sion to be specialized in industrial and occupational health of Employees. He has started a state of art 25 beds hospital with the reference to curative & preventive health of people with special eye on Occupational health . He is approved by Director General of shipping as DG approved Medical Examiner for health checkup of employees of shipping industry. He is approved as Certifying surgeon by Director of industry safety and health, Government of Maharashtra for Health checkup under Factory Act.
