  3. Excuses • No Time. • I don’t like exercise. • Don’t want to exercise by myself. • Will get muscle bulk.

Answers • Will find a programme you can do at home in front of the TV. • There are often non traditional types of exercise that you may not have thought of that can be enjoyable. • Join a group fitness class or bring a friend. • Women, especially don’t get bulky. But a trainer can design a programme to increase strength without getting bulky.

  5. Food and DietBasic Guidelines • If a Diet sounds to good to be true then it is to good to be true. • Reduce Alcohol intake. • Increase water intake. • Lots of Vegetables and Lean Protein. • Unless you have a food Allergy diagnosed by a doctor and Dietician don’t cut out food groups all food provides some form of nutrients. • Takeaways, lollies, and sweet drinks have there place it is ok to have these sometimes but NOT everyday and not as a replacement to a diet full of nutrient dense food.

  6. Conclusion • Life is to be enjoyed by creating an unhealthy lifestyle we are setting ourselves up for illness which means we are less able to enjoy the other parts of our lives.
