    2. What is a Blizzard? A blizzard is a winter storm that lasts 3 hours or more.

    3. What Makes a Blizzard Form ? A blizzard forms when a high pressure system mingles with a low pressure system.

    4. Blizzard Dangers You could get Hypothermia, a super cold disease. Hypothermia is when your body temperature drops so low that you could die!

    5. Where in the World Can You Find a Blizzard? You can find blizzards in places like Russia and Canada.

    6. Where in the U.S.A. Can You Find a Blizzard? Blizzards usually occur in the northern states of America in states like New York, Wyoming , and Alaska. The worst blizzard in U.S. history was called Great White death in 1949.

    7. The Great White Death The Great White Death, in 1949, was dangerous and deadly. It killed 1 million heads of livestock and over 100 people. It lasted 7 weeks and covered almost all of the western United States!
