  5. How can e-business technologies help achieve that? By supporting marketing activities.

  6. Porter: “E-Business contributes to establish a closer and more interactive relation with customers.”

  7. When used properly, an e-business strategy and accompanying technologies can transform a regular MO into a more efficient and effective one.

  9. Everyone wants to jump on the E-Business bandwagon. But how do you know if you should?

  12. Figure out if and how E-Business can create value for them.
