Templates 3 stages of updation • Officers filling the template on paper • Soft copies of Templates distributed department wise • Hard copies to printed • Department will redistribute to subordinate offices • Concerned staff to collect information as required in the template • Both government and private resources/ resource person to be collected • Information collected to be complete and without error • Information on the template to be legible • To be submitted to the department nodal officer • Checklist or log book to be maintained for data collection

Understanding the templates • Select the department (drop down menu) • Pass word and login • Your department is selected on the templates • Select taluk ( drop down menu select all for district level resource) • Now you have to select the village/ ward where the resource or resource personal is physically located ( drop down menu) • Select the template type u want to fill • Select the office concerned • Select whether the office is a District/ taluk /village level office • Load form

Next course of action • Project coordinator to be appointed • Identify and appoint one nodal officer for each department • Start collecting information as required in the templates on Paper Form • Data entry of information • Filed level survey authentication of information • Hiring field level staff for field survey
