  6. Slide 5: Explain the selected strategy A pragmatic, repeatable approach which supports innovation, and follows E&T policy on commissioning specialist training

  7. Slide 6: Describe the implementation plan • Include a list of actions and sequencing. • Sort the Governance • Put the key influencers inside the tent (RSG) • Engage the important stakeholders • Accept there may have to be a transition period
