The broker is authenticated and the the data is edited for each carrier selected. Broker starts within their management system After the data has been edited, it is sent back to the broker for an opportunity by the management system for further action. i.e. Persisting Data Real-Time Communication WebEdits Data Translators

The single XML stream is split into multiple streams and sent to the appropriate translators. Once translated, the streams are simultaneously sent out to the carriers for processing. After the data has been processed by the carriers, it is sent back to Real-Time Servers where the data is translated back to XML. Account Update Wizard . • Select the Real-Time Butterfly • Click HOUSE or click FILE then click Account Update Wizard • Sets up new carriers’ transactions that are available. • Assign ICO code to map to where agency code is stored. • If not run, reminders at 30, 60 and at 90 days you are turned off until you run it.

  27. Create Pre-fills for All Lines Creating Pre-fills to use when quoting a Prospect or adding a second line to an existing customer This will save time and reduce errors.

  28. Alerts By default, ALERTS have the same activity code as in TAM. In order to assign a different activity code to an ALERT code, select the activity code, and then in the ‘Code’ dropdown, change the code to the one to which it should be assigned.

System will verify agency phone number, then prompt agent for the following: Press 5 for FORMS support. (Use this for Acord forms, BOP/Pckg Conversion and setting up “pre-fills”) Press 4 for Communication/Interface support (All other questions for sending apps. & inquiries, setup. Etc.)
