Workshop on ART in Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, and Beyond Next steps following the Workshop: • Headquarters team: Provide slides and report from the workshop as soon as possible • Participants from each country team: Meet and discuss what you have learned from the workshop and decide what this means for your programs • Adult Treatment & Peds/PMTCT Technical Working Groups: Create an administrative platform to provide technical support for integration of ART and PMTCT

  4. Workshop on ART in Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, and Beyond • Proposed support for integration of ART and PMTCT from the Adult Treatment & Peds/PMTCT Technical Working Groups: • Consultation • Communication • Standardization • Quality • Representation and Advocacy

Workshop on ART in Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, and Beyond • Proposed support for integration of ART and PMTCT from the Adult Treatment & Peds/PMTCT Technical Working Groups: • Consultation • For example, providing consultants for: • Costing − Anna Gieselman • HIVDR− Elliot Raizes • Pharmacovigilance − Lara Stabinski

Workshop on ART in Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, and Beyond • Proposed support for integration of ART and PMTCT • from the Adult Treatment & Peds/PMTCT Technical Working Groups: • Communication • For example, organizing and supporting future forums and other opportunities for technical exchange • Standardization • For example, providing guidance and coordination for pharmacovigilance and support for costing studies across countries

  7. Workshop on ART in Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, and Beyond • Proposed support for integration of ART and PMTCT from the Adult Treatment & Peds/PMTCT Technical Working Groups: • Quality • For example, helping to establish and monitor standards for retention, adherence and drug resistance • Representation and Advocacy • For example, providing technical guidance to senior PEPFAR leadership regarding the integration of ART and PMTCT
