Trenton Dierkes is a skilled laborer who has worked at a glass factory in Oregon for quite some time now. When he is not working hard on the job, he is enjoying an adventure. Trenton is the kind of man who likes to live life to the fullest. That is why he goes rock climbing on his off time, not just to challenge his body, but his spirit and his fortitude as well.
Unlike many of his schoolmates, Trenton Dierkes chose to stay in Arkansas and make a life for himself. He loves nature and the outdoors, something the Natural State is blessed to have in plenty. Dierkes appreciates the "vacation" weather the state has to offer, and takes full advantage by regularly planning outdoor adventures with his family. No matter the time of year, he can always count on the good weather.
Leadership is an essential aspect to the success of any business. During his college years at Southern Arkansas University studying management, he learned the essentials of managing people and organizational culture. They were lessons Dierkes took to heart, and he’s strived since then to impart the knowledge to his teams. When he retires, he hopes to lecture part-time on leadership and entrepreneurship.
During the summer, Trenton Dierkes loves to take his family on sightseeing trips and outdoor adventures to various locations in Arkansas. Thankfully, the state is blessed with beautiful locations, including the St. Francis, Ozark, and Ouachita national forests. These locations provide lots of opportunities to fish, hike, camp, hunt and observe wildlife in their natural habitat.
