  4. CALIFORNIAMarket Invoicing- Ambit Energy does not generate an invoice, the Customer will receive an invoice from their delivery provider. Invoice is divided into two parts: • Supply Charge (provided by Ambit Energy) • Delivery Charge (Incumbent- PG&E) Credit Checks are NOT required = NO Deposits

That means there’s no more deadline for gathering your 15 Customers, and no more deadline for replacing Customers! Just maintain 15 energized Customers in any month, and you earn a credit! And that doesn’t mean 15 payments; calculations will now be based on average daily energy cost, instead. CALIFORNIAPG&E Product Assistance Programs- please refer to your incumbent provider for more information regarding Assistance Programs • CARE Program- is a state program that provides a discount to eligible customers. If a customer leaves PG&E, who is enrolled in CARE, they are still eligible for the program and will continue to receive the discount after switching to a retail provider • There are no additional steps required on behalf of the customer • The discount will appear in the PG&E section of the invoice Budget Billing-Contact PG&E for details • Customer Care: 1-800-743-5000 • http://www.pge.com • Helps to generate an average usage and rate during peak seasons to avoid high usage and rate charges California requires live TPV be completed by the customer

CALIFORNIAPG&E Product PG&E Enrollment Process California Rule: If Customer is with a REP (CTA) for less than 12 months and signs up for service with a competitor, the Customer (only) must call current provider or PG&E and request that PG&E be their provider; otherwise switch will occur only after the Customer completes their 12th month of service • Example: Bill signed up for a variable plan 2 months ago with California Birkenstock Energy (REP/CTA). In an effort to save money, he then enrolls in an Ambit product. His Ambit service will not start for another 10 months. He is asked to cancel his account with current provider so that he can start enjoying the benefits of being an Ambit Energy Customer much sooner

  9. CALIFORNIAPG&E Product PG&E Enrollment Process Ambit Consultants will encounter prospective Customers in three likely scenarios. To maximize revenue and Customer satisfaction, it’s important that the Consultant knows what to advise the Customers, based on their specific scenario
