  1. Transition of ESI IDs from Oncor to AEP TexasWorkshop II July 23, 2019

  2. Regulatory Approval Status The official Regulatory approval timeline & close date of the joint STM application is still unknown at this time. For purposes of this Workshop, the timelines and transition activities will be based on a hypothetical October 1, 2019 initial transition date. Dates may adjust if the PUCT approves a final order after September 12, 2019, the first scheduled open meeting date in September.

  3. Premise/ESI ID Creation Status As of July 10th… • AEP Texas posted the ESI ID Cross Reference List to the July 23rd Transition Workshop II Key Documents. (http://ercot.com/content/wcm/key_documents_lists/183469/ESIID_Cross_Reference_List_7-9-2019.xlsx) • AEP Texas issued a market notice with details related to and referencing the posted ESI ID Cross Reference List. • Oncor sent REP-specific cross reference list to individual REPs serving customers in Oncor’s Mission-McAllen area who are impacted by the transition. Note: AEPTX suppressed all 814_20 ‘ESIID Create’ transactions to reduce confusion in the market. 814_20s will be sent to market when appropriate.
