-click on Approved Selected

  • User will receive email regarding the completion of the Job Request

    The user has one (1) completed job request.

    NOTE:

    The user must acknowledge the completed job request otherwise he/she wont be able to create a new request.

  • The details of the Job Request are listed on the confirmation form including the;

    • immediate head comment

    • and the I.T. support’s remarks.

    • User must select from the drop-down menu his/her I.T. Rating

    • Closing the Job Request means that the requirement has been served

Once the job request is closed;

Completed Request and Closed Request status will be updated.
