  1. Denmark • Denmark is a small country, situated in Europe. • Denmark is to the North of Germany and to the West of Sweden. • We're going to talk about Denmark its cities, regions, bridges and rivers.

  2. Denmark in Europe • Denmark is situated in the middle of Europe. Denmark is next to Sweden and Germany. On the West side of Denmark there is the North Sea and on the East side there is the Baltic Sea.

  3. Regions

  4. Nordjylland • Nordjylland is situated in the North of Denmark. • Aalborg is the capital of Norjylland. • There are 11 municipalities and 579.628 inhabitants.

  5. Midtjylland • This region is called Midtjylland. • There are 19 municipalities and there are 1.237.041 inhabitants. • The capital of Midtjylland is Viborg.

  6. Other regions • There are other regions in Denmark : Sjaelland situated in the East of Denmark, Syddanmark situated in the south and Hovedstader situated in the East.

  8. Nørre Aaby • Nørre Aaby was the town where our epals live. It's a municipality. This one covers an area of 65 km², and has a total population of 5,626.

  9. Copenhagen • Copenhagen is the capital and the largest city in Denmark, with an urban population of 1,167,569 and a metropolitan population of 1,875,179. Copenhagen is situated on the islands of Zealand and Amager.

  10. Arhus • Århus is the second largest city in Denmark, and 99th largest in the European Union. • The main port of Denmark, is situated on the east side of the peninsula of Jutland in the geographical center of Denmark.

  11. Odense • The city of Odense is the third largest city in Denmark. The name Odense comes from the Norse god Odin. Odense city has a population of 158,678 and is the main city of the island of Funen.The land area of Odense is 304 km2, with a population density of 611inhabitants per km

  13. Öresund Bridge • Öresund Bridge is the longest combined road and rail bridge in Europe and connects the two metropolitan areas of the Öresund Region: the Danish capital of Copenhagen and the Swedish city of Malmö.

  14. The Great Belt Bridge • The Great Belt Bridge is the fixed link between the Danish islands of Zealand and Funen across the Great Belt.There are the East Bridge and the West Brige.The suspension bridge, known as the East Bridge, has the world's third longest main span (1.6 km).

  16. Odense River • The Odense River is a river located on the island of Funen, in central Denmark. It's about 60 kilometers long and is named after the Funish capital, Odense..

  17. The River Guden • The River Guden (or Gudenå) on the Jutland peninsula, is Denamark's longest. It flows 176 from Tinnet Krat in Veile County, between Nørre Snede and Tørring-Uldum, to Randers Fjord in Randers.
