  12. Student Author Award A Student Author Award to a young researcher for the best paper presented at CEM 2011 will be offered by COMPEL (Emerald) (www.emeraldinsight.com/compel.htm). This prize will be awarded to a young researcher that is a participant of the conference who has registered as a student. The paper may be co-authored, but the young researcher must have contributed significantly, the evidence of which may be demonstrated for example by the fact that he/she is listed as the first author. The paper must be presented by the young researcher during the conference. A special Awards Committee, working together with session chairs, will select one paper (in exceptional circumstances two for a joint award), the author(s) of which will be the recipient(s) of the award.
