Core IRIS Roll-Out

  • On schedule for March completion

  • EPD – complete. Final CLDT goes live 27th March

  • Around 750 ACS operational users across 24 sites

  • Now revisiting Hertsmere/St Albans EPD & Activating Day Services

    CareNotes Interface

  • Development underway – Few weeks delay due to change in scope

    eSAP Interface

  • Some delays – focus diverted to Finance BPR

  • On schedule for planned April go live

  • Over 2,400 modules passed (av 90% score)

  • Currently ACS taking 300 modules/month

    • Total running cost for DigiPens - £85k pa
