  1. Brands are built over years of reliable service and strong performance. The value these brands command can strengthen your portfolio. Trade Zero 204 Church Street SandyPort West Bay Street Nassau Bahamas www.tradezero.co +1-954-944-3885

  2. It has often been said that investing should be done after a clear analysis of a stock’s fundamentals and not just a look into the brand name while trading stocks online. That explains why a great deal of investors aren’t focusing much on brands. The Advantage of Strong Brands Motley Fool’s Selena Marajinan argues that: ●Brands drive trust, and the trust that comes with a brand name can evoke a positive response among customers that makes them buy more products from them. ●That raises their earnings and reputation and gives them a strong competitive advantage, which eventually impacts stock prices. Without a Strong Brand, It’s Harder to Convince Customers ●Companies that aren’t strong brands would need to work more to win the attention and trust of customers. ●It would also take them longer to build the brand. ●They wouldn’t be able to charge as high for their services as strong brand companies. ●Many blue-chip companies have managed to attain that status since they are strong brands. Most Valuable Brands Have Outperformed According to a 2019 study mentioned by Marajinan, “the most valuable brands” outperformed the market from 2000 to 2018 and also in various market conditions. Most of these brands were from the industries of retail, technology, business services and sporting goods. Interbrand’s Top 5 Global Brands of 2020 The top 5 global brands of 2020 were revealed in Interbrand’s study of Global Best Brands. The findings were as follows: www.tradezero.co +1-954-944-3885

  3. ●At the top is Apple ($AAPL) with market value of $323 billion. ●This is followed by Amazon ($AMZN) with $201 billion. ●Microsoft has a brand value of $166 billion. ●Alphabet followed close behind with $165 billion. ●Samsung rounded out the top 5 at $62 billion. The brand rankings keep changing over time. It’s worth looking at lists such as these to get a clear picture of the brands at the top. Conclusion The fundamentals and growth potential of a company are quite important aspects to decide which stocks to invest in. Stocks that aren’t top brands could be more affordable for novice traders who have just started out and are looking at free stock trading opportunities. However, eventually, having big brands in your portfolio does make it quite a strong one that can withstand uncertainties and unfavorable market situations. www.tradezero.co +1-954-944-3885
