Trackforce’s GuardTek products now integrate with Perspectiv

Trackforce has recently joined forces with PPM Perspective Solutions to offer an exciting new integration. Security Officers using GuardTek m-Post or GuardTek Patrol can now create visually enriched reports that are automatically recorded in Perspective PPM. This enables command centers to seamlessly process field activities without having to manually enter data.

  2. Trackforce has recently joined forces with PPM Perspective Solutions to offer an exciting new integration. Security Officers using GuardTek m-Post or GuardTek Patrol can now create visually enriched reports that are automatically recorded in Perspective PPM. This enables command centers to seamlessly process field activities without having to manually enter data. “We are very excited to launch this new integration,” said GuirchaumeAbitbol, CEO and President of Trackforce. “PPM is a wonderful partner with great technology. The new integration should help a number of joint customers expand their capabilities and enhance their real-time reporting.” The new integration touts a bi-directional communication between the GuardTek and Perspective applications. As a field Security Officer submits an Event & Activity Report from m-Post or Patrol, an activity is created in Perspective with all the relevant information about the event. Fields such as the date/time, location, activity levels, and priorities are extracted from the GuardTek report and added to the activity. In addition, any picture taken by the Security Officer during the creation of his report will be added to the Perspective activity as an attachment. Just like the automatic transmission of Events & Activity Reports, a Tour Report will automatically be sent to Perspective when a GuardTek tour is concluded. A report will be sent as a full PDF attachment upon tour completion, regardless of what touring device is used.
