  3. Inspireis a network supporting groups of 3 or 4 people, who meet regularly, intentionally help one another draw closer to God. They are based on the Methodist Band meetings formed by John Wesley Between December 2013 and May 2014 Inspire Director, Dr Phil Meadows will lead 4 teaching retreats in Ireland www.inspiremovement.org/network/ireland

  4. Thousands of people attend the annual Electric Picnic festival, Co Kildare. All kinds of music, philosophies and remedies are on offer. In 2013, Christian witness was made with a “Paradoxology” tent.

  5. The aim of the volunteers was to help un-churched people realise that God sees them in a different light than they might imagine.

  6. For 10 years, students from Wesley College, Dublin have been taking part in ‘Habitat for Humanity’ projects in Romania WESLEY WAY (2013) - READY FOR 10 HABITAT TEAMS TO START WORK

  7. WESLEY WAY – PROGRESS. 10 HOUSES IN ONE WEEK

  8. WESLEY WAY – FINISHED. Work undertaken by 250 students and staff

  9. CHILDREN ENGROSSED IN A “STAR STORIES” PRESENTATION

  10. JUNIOR MISSION FOR ALL - CONTRIBUTIONS THIS YEAR WILL HELP DEVELOP IMYC’S MINISTRY WITH CHILDREN WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS

  11. THE COMMUNITY SCHOOL IN GOREY, CO WEXFORD HAS 1,500 PUPILS

  12. THE METHODIST CHURCH HAS OPENED ITS DOORS TO “THE EMPIRE” THE EMPIRE DROP-IN IS RUN BY YOUNG PEOPLE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

  13. FRIENDSHIP & LEADERSHIP & FAITH ARE GROWING TOGETHER AS THEIR MISSION TOGETHER DEMANDS THAT YOUNG PEOPLE DISCOVER AND DEFINE THEIR VALUES FOR LIFE

  14. THANK YOU to individuals and churches who have given prayerful and financial support to Home Missions in 2013. £121,750 was received from churches and members in 2012. £476,680 received from ALL sources (incl rents and dividends) £597,615 was spent, including manse grants to Circuits PLEASE CONTINUE TO CONTRIBUTE GENEROUSLY AND SUPPORT MISSION BY USING THE “PRAYER FOCUS” BOOKLET AND ITS DAILY PRAYERS www.irishmethodist.org/prayer-focus
