State of affairs Participation to the 5 nation conference :  a need to develop data analysis to highlight at risk situations (Francis report context) Experiences to share on current developments : - Care Quality Commission - Healthcare Improvement Scotland Tour study at IGZ’s project management methodological & technical discussions

Risk based accreditation surveys • Needs to introduce contextualization (vulnerability / frequency / potential risk)  risk mapping - Building a matrix risk analysis- Put into perspective the data (activity, HR, Quality, Financial data ...)- Analyse data hierarchically (multiple criteria models, decision aiding)  personnalized survey related to risk profile
