  2. Helens situation • Helen is a stay at home mom and a entrepreneur • Needs a new computer to help with her business such as documents, adds, and contacting customers via email and Facebook. • She cannot spend to much money. • Her children would like to use the computer as well.

  3. Recommended computer • I Recommend the HP ENVY M6 for Helen at the future shop website. This computer will be great for Helen because the price is not to high and it has a speed of 2.3GHz which is good considering the price. It also has a one year warranty which will help if her children accidently break it.

  4. Chip/Processor • The chip is the brain of a computer it is how fast a computer thinks. • It is usually made by AMD or Intel. • This computer contains an AMD quad core chip that has a speed of 2.3GHz. Which is good because she wants a fast computer.

  5. RAM (Random access memory) • It holds working/running information.. • this computer contains 8GB of RAM which will help her if she is making an add or a long documet.

  6. Data storage • Stores everything that is saved or open after power is on. • The HDD capacity is 1TB. Which is great! She will probably never run out of space. • The HDD speed is 5400 rpm.

  7. DVD/Bluray • It has DVD+/-RW which means it can read and burn. Which is useful for her children if they are watching a video.

  8. Price • The price is 749$ which is a good price for a great laptop like this. • 1 year warranty (labour & weight.) which is good incase she or her children break it within the year.

  9. “Other” things • Pre-loaded windows 8 operating system. • Battery life up to 9 hours. • Webcam included so she can talk face to face with her clients. • Screen size is 15’6 inches.

  10. Network • Almost every computer you will buy will have a network jack. • Wireless in only for portable/mobile devices. • It has integrated Bluetooth. • Its integrated network is 802.11b/g/n
