Antitrust Admonition ANTITRUST ADMONITION ERCOT strictly prohibits Market Participants and their employees who are participating in ERCOT activities from using their participation in ERCOT activities as a forum for engaging in practices or communications that violate the antitrust laws. The ERCOT Board has approved guidelines for members of ERCOT Committees, Subcommittees and Working Groups to be reviewed and followed by each Market Participant attending ERCOT meetings. If you have not received a copy of these Guidelines, copies are available at the Client Relations desk. Please remember your ongoing obligation to comply with all applicable laws, including the antitrust laws.   9. Q&A • Do I have to “re-qualify” in the MOTE environment? No, MOTE (Market Operations Test Environment) is the test and qualification environment for new market participants. You are encouraged to use MOTE to experiment and train new personnel in the use of CRR. However, no new markets, no market results or other data will be provided in MOTE by ERCOT. No auctions will be executed or posted in MOTE. MOTE provides both the CRRAH and the CP User Interfaces. Please use the appropriate CRRAH or CP digital certificate to access either the Market User Interface screens or the Counterparty Credit Limit Editor screen.
