Daily Deals • Any number of “daily deal” websites will publish a single product or service for 1-7 days with an expiration of 3-6 months. • Members can receive online offers and invitations through mail, e-mail, and social networking and mobile applications. • This type of E-commerce grew out of the 2008 recession and has gained increasing popularity ever since.

  4. Ease of Use • Create an account with distributor and begin membership. • Find deals in your area that interest you. • Sign up for coupons. • Spread coupon onto friends and other users of same interests.

  5. Receiving Your Discount • User is notified once coupon becomes valid. • A preset number of customers must buy coupon before it is valid. • Coupon becomes available • For print out, or via smart phone.

  10. Group-Buying Aggregators • Websites that offer deals from other websites. • Instead of searching multiple group based coupon sites, aggregator websites take the best deals and put them in one easily accessible place. • Examples include Yipit and 8coupons
